Prints the board from our file Frames your piece, sleeves folded behind Hands you the frame, on its own terms Order terms This form asks for a quote. The order exists once you accept our written quote and pay the deposit. A deposit starts the work. The balance is due when you approve the proof, and the print file goes to your frame shop once it is paid. We design the board and supply the print file. We never receive, hold, ship or insure your piece. You take or mail your piece to the frame shop and insure it for its full value. Parcel services cover little for collectibles, so hand delivery is safest for a valuable piece. Ask the shop to confirm in writing that it insures customers' pieces while it works on them; a collectibles policy often does not. Printing and framing are agreed and paid between you and the frame shop, under its own terms. We do not authenticate memorabilia. Certificate details are printed only as found in the issuer's register, and every fact in the story is checked against a source. Our border designs are our own; club crests and logos are not used by default. We are not affiliated with any club, league or player. If you cancel after asking us to start, you pay for the work done so far and the rest of the deposit is refunded. Once the print file is delivered, the order cannot be cancelled. Your statutory rights are not affected. We use your details only to quote and make your board, and give the frame shop only what it needs to do its part. I will take or mail my piece to the frame shop myself and insure it. Krug Studio never receives it. I accept the order terms. This opens your mail app with the order filled in.
