Who we are

KRUG STUDIO DOO (PIB 03707482), Podgorica, Montenegro, decides how the data described here is used. Write to us at info@krugstudio.me about anything on this page.

What this site collects

Nothing that identifies you. We have no accounts, no cookies, no analytics and no advertising or tracking scripts, and the pages load nothing from other companies: fonts and images come from our own domain.

Some forms keep a draft of what you type in your browser’s session storage, so a reload does not lose it. A few display settings may be kept in your browser’s local storage. Both stay on your device and never reach us; closing the tab clears the draft.

Our pages are delivered by Firebase Hosting, a Google service. Like every web server, it handles your IP address and basic request details to deliver the page and keep the service secure. We do not use this to identify or profile you.

When you write to us

Our forms do not send anything. They open your own mail app with the message filled in, and you decide whether to send it.

We receive what you put in the email: usually your name, email address, phone number if you add one, your company and what you need. For an order this can also include details of the item you want framed, its certificate number, where you are and the photos you attach.

We use it to answer you, prepare a quote, do the work, invoice it and keep the records the law requires.

The legal grounds are the steps you ask for before a contract and the contract itself, legal duties such as accounting, and our legitimate interest in keeping our business correspondence. As a Montenegrin company we follow Montenegro’s Law on Personal Data Protection; if you are in the EU or the UK, the GDPR or the UK GDPR may also apply.

Who else sees it

• Google, which hosts our email (Google Workspace).
• A print or frame shop, only if your order needs one, and only what it needs for its part: your name, contact details, the print file and the brief. We agree the shop with you first. You deal with the shop directly, so it then handles your data under its own privacy notice.
• Our accountant, for invoices, and public authorities when the law requires it.

We do not sell your data, use it for advertising or add you to a mailing list.

Where it is kept

We work from Montenegro, which is outside the EU and the EEA. If you write to us from another country, your data comes to us in Montenegro. Google may process email in other countries under its own safeguards.

How long we keep it

• Messages and quotes that do not lead to work: two years from the last message, then deleted.
• Orders, contracts and invoices: as long as Montenegrin accounting and tax law requires.
• Photos of your item: deleted when the work is finished, unless you tell us in writing that we may show it in our portfolio.

Your rights

You can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, limit how we use it, object to its use or get a copy to take elsewhere. You can withdraw a permission you gave, such as portfolio use, at any time. Write to info@krugstudio.me; we answer within one month.

If you think we got it wrong, you can complain to Montenegro’s data protection authority (Agencija za zaštitu ličnih podataka i slobodan pristup informacijama) or, in the EU or the UK, to the authority where you live or work.

The rest

You do not have to give us anything, but without contact details and a description of what you need we cannot answer or quote.

We make no automated decisions about you and do no profiling.

If this notice changes, we update this page and the date at the top.
